Chargeback Response
This order was for a pre-order item, which is clearly stated on both the product page and the website checkout. The product description explicitly notes that pre-order items require 6–8 weeks for fulfillment and that the item will ship once it is back in stock.
The customer placed this order on January 13, 2026. At the time the chargeback was submitted, fewer than four (4) weeks had passed since the purchase date, meaning the order is still well within the stated fulfillment window.
Additionally, the chargeback amount being disputed is $54.13, while the actual purchase amount was only $39.13. The disputed amount does not match the transaction total and appears to be incorrect.
Because the order is still within the disclosed pre-order timeframe and the customer agreed to these terms at checkout, the chargeback is invalid and should be denied
